Google has started their Home service ads. This is in beta right now and is available in select San Francisco Bay area cities. At this time Home Services Ads are by invitation only.
How Will Google Home Service Ads Help You?
The Home Service Ads will let you show your Ads on Google search results page. Potential customers can request service right from the ad. You can then either accept or decline the information request. You will see requests in the beta AdWords Express app from where you can reply book appointments and manage other requests.
Home Service Ads will be powered by AdWords Express. They will replace the Search Network Ads.
Background Checks for Home Service Ads
Google has stated that “all advertisers using home service ads must complete a background check including licensing and insurance requirements, if applicable. Anyone who will visit a customer’s location must complete a background check.
To participate in the Home Service Ads a training session about the home service ads platform will be required.
