How can Expanded Text Ads help you?
Expanded text ads gives you 50% more ad text so that you can highlight your products and services before people even click on your ad. If you are using using adwords, it is important you start taking advantage of expanded text ads. After October 26th, 2016, you will not be able to create or edit standard text ads.
What Are Expanded Text Ads?
Previously text ads had one headline field, whereas expanded text ads have two headline fields. The extra headline field lets you to include additional text for your ads. Previously you could enter 25 characters in your headline. Now you can enter 30 characters per headline.
You have 1 field for description where you can enter 80 characters. Like standard text ads, expanded text ads are available on both the Google Search Network and the Google Display Network.
